At Cabines de Ciney, we are proud of our partnership with Installateur E-VT, which chose us because of our expertise in precast concrete cabins. Our cabins are cast in a single piece and are available in large sizes, making them perfect for a variety of applications.
Project Manager Paul Breugelmans, who oversaw the project on behalf of the end client, talks about the collaboration:
“Due to the larger dimensions—7.5 meters long and 4 meters wide—we chose to partner with CDC for the concrete cabin. They specialize in non-standard dimensions and can handle lengths of up to 14 meters. We chose CDC because of their extensive range of standard cabins and their ability to finish them according to an approved plan.”

Technical Specifications
This sturdy cab is equipped with a left-hand door featuring a three-point lock and a panic bar for optimal safety. The door opens smoothly between 90° and 170°.
The underside of the cabin is equipped with a ventilation openingthat has a non-accessible flap.
The exterior is finished with a durable green coating (RAL 6003), and the roof is designed for optimal water drainage.
The roof has a slope of 1% and a thickness between 180 and 222 mm
The cabin stands on a sturdy foundation and is constructed with high-quality materials, ensuring a long service life. The height of the basement is 1,200 mm. The total weight, including the basement and roof, is 62,700 kg.
