Our BX precast concrete enclosures are carefully manufactured from reinforced concrete in accordance with the IEC 62271-202 standard. Our modern production methods ensure consistent quality.

We place special importance on durability and fire resistance in the selection of materials. The concrete cabin consists of three essential elements:

Our selection of BX concrete enclosures consists of monoblock structures made of reinforced concrete that comply with the IEC 62271-202 standard. Our manufacturing methods, which incorporate the latest technologies, ensure consistently high quality.

The choice of materials takes into account longevity and fire resistance. The concrete cabin consists of three elements:

1. The shell, which includes the foundation slab and walls, is cast in a single piece. This method of production guarantees a unit that is dimensionally stable and watertight. Stability calculations show that allowance is made for pressure increases that may occur in the event of overpressure due to a fault in the high-voltage system. The enclosure further includes a number of cable passages for the supply and return of utility lines.

2. The intermediate floor, intended for carrying the HS equipment, is provided with the necessary recesses for cables and for collecting oil. It is equipped with a lockable manhole as standard. Other cutouts can also be provided in the intermediate floor to achieve efficient mounting of the equipment.

3. The roof is made of concrete with double drainage (slope 3%). The roof is treated with an impregnation product to ensure waterproofing. A drip strip all around prevents water from seeping in regardless of weather conditions.

The booths are standardly finished along the outside with crépi, RAL 6003 (olive green). Other finishes can be realized as an option.
