The precast concrete cabin in the light gray RAL color 7035 is of high quality finish.
The door of the precast concrete cubicle, measuring 1030 x 2040 mm, features a reliable 3-point locking system. The door also has an adjustable door stop, allowing an angle of 90° to 170° to be created.
The door is equipped with a ventilation grille with a NO damper. For safety purposes, the door is equipped with a panic bar.
The façade of the precast concrete cabin consists of natural wood installed vertically.
The precast concrete cabin has a pitched roof with a 1% slope. The roof edge is finished in the color RAL 7035.
The cleder has a usable height of 1900 mm, which is double that of a standard basement.
The precast concrete cabin is equipped with an extra-large manhole (1600 x 800 mm) to facilitate the transport of materials to the basement.
