The precast concrete cab, combined with an insulating roof and ventilation system, makes the cab suitable for a variety of environments. The cab meets high safety standards thanks to its 3-point locking system and anti-panic bar.
Technical specifications of the cabin
The core of this construction is a robust steel door (type RF60) with dimensions of 1250×2130 mm. This door is equipped with a 3-point locking system for optimal safety and a door stop that holds the door open between 90 and 170 degrees. An anti-panic bar is provided for emergency situations. The door and vents are finished in a durable, anodized coating graphite gray(RAL 7024).
The roof of the structure has a slight slope of 1% and is constructed of panels with an insulation value of RD24. The structure itself uses high-quality steel profiles, such as Hauff Techniek HSI150 K1 and HEA-IS-M12, which provide a sturdy and durable base. The basement of the structure has a height of 800 mm.
Construction
The precast concrete cabin in graphite gray is built with safety, durability and functionality in mind. The combination of high-quality materials, thoughtful construction and practical details make this unit suitable for several applications. The total weight of the structure is 43,500 kg, including 32,500 kg for the cabin and 11,000 kg for the roof.
